At Florasis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your botanical beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused products in their original floral packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed correctly.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
